We drove down to Jaxson’s yesterday for our end of the summer blow out! If you have never been there, it is a South Florida institution. My friends who grew up down here all have memories of going there as kids. The ice creams are huge (and expensive) the place is kitschy and fun to poke around and look at all the antiques. We had a lovely afternoon and there is nothing more fun than 10 kids all with ice creams as big as their heads.
My Pick of the Week The City of Boca Raton has been running a summer music series at Mizner Amphitheater. This week is there will be a Billy Joel Tribute Band (Don’t judge, I think it sounds fun!
