The following learning goals and objectives will be completed during the internship:

Improve knowledge of instructional design models and principles to create course content that meets the target audience’s needs in EME 6417 and EME 6458.

Apply knowledge of online accessibility course design to EME 6417 and EME 6458.

Develop an engaging AI activity for EME 6458 grounded in established instructional design principles.

Explore instructional design processes necessary for graduate-level content creation.

Gain experience in higher education academic course creation to support existing knowledge of academic applications.

Gain knowledge of the transition from instructional design and course development to course facilitation and teaching in the online environment.
