The Week Ahead for South Florida 1/29/14

So as I am writing this, I realize that my daughter is sitting quietly playing with her toys!  I don’t know if I am the only one, but this is a huge warning sign in our household of impending sickness!  Oh boy, I know so many of my friends have been fighting all the bugs going around.  I sure hope my mommy radar is out of w

hack on this one!

This week we finally got a carrot out of our garden plot.  It was really big and I let out a really loud “woohoo” because it surprised me as I pulled it out of the ground.  I got a lot of strange looks from people in the library parking lot.

It is a bit dreary out today, so my pick of the week is the Boca Raton Children’s Museum. It is a great place to take the little ones for an afternoon of unplugged imaginative play.
